Line skis

Why do my line skis get chipped so damn easy. I had line chronics 3 years ago and they barely chipped. My line skis this year get chipped from my fucking PVC rail.

if they're fatter than your old ones you're probably hitting your skis together more

same top sheet material and construct from the past. We just made a significant change to all freestyle top sheets for next year to help combat chipping. In the battler between steel edges and plastic sidewalls and top sheets .. the steel will always win over time, unfortunately #science.

im really not surprised, it seems like the quality of line skis has dropped off, everyone i know who bought a pair of mordecais or bacons this year has had edge problems.

Don't hit your skis together, every ski topsheet will chip, sometimes more severe due to however you chipped it. One ski doesnt chip more than another, they're just different because ever edge hit is different.
