People who say they didn't get high there first time did not inhale. The reason you got high the 2nd 3rd or 4th time was because you did inhale. Simple as that. Weed always gets you high if it actually goes in your lungs. The first time I smoked I was sitting in my bro's car with a rocket bong and my sense of hearing got messed up, I couldn't comprehend words and loud things didn't sound loud. I had fun. In fact, I had so much fun that my goal eveytime i smoke is to get as high as i did the first time I did.
