Greetings.
As the title says, I own the pair in the title. I did heat mold the liners which provided a much better fit, but my foot is still too wide when I step on it. The calf is also too big. The ankle is good. Finger banging is good also.
I have to choose between proper buckling and no blood in my feet or loose with some comfort. But loose calf means SO MUCH play...And I also weight 100+ kgs.
I did however try them for a day with regular socks and they were perfect, except the fact my feet froze in a couple of hours. The ski socks are 1-2 mm thicker and that's the issue. The guy who molded my liners said the shell can't be molded. But I stumbled upon
this and I'm wondering if that could apply to me as well.
If that's the case, should I use some wooden chopper(the thing you slice onion and stuff on in the kitchen) to rest the ankle and toe part of the shell so it doesn't rest on the pot like the tutorial above? Also, if I use a garbage bag on my liners and put them inside the toasty shell, could the plastic melt on my liners?
Any suggestions are much appreciated.
If nothing works, I guess I'll wait until I go to Austria and try to punch them at a shop there.
Thank you for the help.
Regards.
