mind blowing class

Has anyone here read the book 'the einstine intersection'? I read it for a class and today we had the crazziest and most intresting conversation about reality, and what turth is and how our truth must be false because we create it inside our preceptions when there are an infinate number of possibilities that all exist outside of the speed of light, at the speed of thought. I have never been so caught up in a lesson befor in my life. Absoluty changed my prespective of the world around me.

Read 'The Universe in a Nutshell' by Stephen Hawking, then have a go at Schrodingers work. Reality is only what you really percieve....

thats what alot of our class was about, but it was also about how it is possible to shed the physical and live in the mental relm, doing so is the only way to actually understand existance. the only way to see real truth as opposed to the truth created by our preception.

wow. that's all i have to say...

i'm so surprised that there are individuals on this website that actually have some form of intillectual thought. not that it's NEVER come up before, but i mean, 99 percent of the time it's ''dude, ur fuckin skis suck man'' or ''u r so gay, get some style''. haha, nice change for once. i agree on the theories and thought aspect, that stuff really makes you think. we're spoonfed so much bullshit and made to believe it's all true...i like the ''think outside the box'' thing.

just so your not supprised its a sci fi novel, and a pretty good read too. its not like some theroy textbook. The whole novel is about diffrence and the advantages of diffrence... i found it really intresting.

Read 'Sophies world'. Really good explanations about philosophy, will clarify a lot. Whole book is one great example of perceptions too...
