Replying to Local Ski Shop broke my ski... What now?
Last year I ordered a Ski online and bought a binding (Rossignol FKS 140) at my local ski shop. I wanted to mount it myself but they said since I bought it from them they'll mount it for free. So I let them mount it. Now one Year later my left back binding popped off after doing a simple nollie (binding is still fine) and I saw that they first drilled the wrong holes and didn't even fill in any glue... the screws were completely rusted and got ripped out so now theres water in my ski and it's basically unusable.
NOW THE QUESTION IS: Can I sue them for "breaking" my ski or what should I do to somehow get my money back?
