willyg0808You don't see men's and women's gymnastics or men's and women's volleyball or marathon running or cycling or any other sport have this attitude. It's a different competition and women aren't trying to live in the shadow of the men or catch up to the men... They're trying to push their own discipline.

I for one rather enjoy seeing girls throw down harder than I do. It makes me realize how much more hardcore they really are, given their biological disadvantages and lower participation rates.
