Road bike trainer (roller) races last night at the irish pub in town. I think i had about 6 pints of guinness, and woke up to poop at 430am and couldnt fall back asleep. Around 5 I decided it would be a good idea to smoke some pots and see if I could sneak in some more Z's, but instead I just laid there thinking about wu-tang lyrics until I had to get up at 6. Gonna be a loooooooooong day in the office.
