Icelantic Nomad 95

Hey guys, so unfortunately I am one of the people who fell victim to shitty revision skis last year and they're falling apart with >25 days on them. Other than durability I like the flex and width. My buddy works on ski patrol and he can get me 50% off icelantic so do you think the Nomad 95 is durable enough for 80/20 park/all mountain? How are they similar or different skis?

Nomads 95 is plenty durable and will last you a while...super great all mountain park ski and if you have 50% this would be a no brainer for me

Icelantics are a super durable ski. And you'll probably like the flex way more than the noodle talismans.

Granted I prefer stiffer skis, but Icelantic Nomads are probably my least favorite skis I've ever used. Took 'em out for a spin at a demo day and hated every second of them.

Yeah, they are pretty soft (I'm on Da'Nollies and they have a little more rocker). I like soft skis though so I don't mind.

I just got on a pair of 181s the other day and the rocker makes them feel like ski blades. Love the skis but they were too short imo. would definitely cop 191s if you can.

Im 5'11" 150lbs and use HG transfers in 178

I have the old Nomad SKNY (85 underfoot) and they seem quite durable, including the edge strength on rails. I feel like my skis are fairly heavy and have a damp stiffness. I'm overall fairly pleased.

New versions of the ski may be different, so take my 2 cents with a grain of salt.

Idk if you have skisbalready but I love my nomad 95s. Yeah they’re pretty soft but super fun for butters and presses. I’m 180-185lbs so sometimes I wish they were a little stiffer for backseat landings on big jumps but very fun super picota ski.

The 105s and 115s are stiffer. Whole line progressively gets stiffer in order to hold for more soft snow.

The da'nollies are my favorite ski, which are the same, if you like buttery goodness get them. Certified won't snap

Da Nollies are one of my favorite skis I've had. Ive tried the new Nomad and its not much different and lives up to expectations. They are significantly more durable than Revision and they lasted me over a season of non stop tow rope rail skiing of 75+ days and summer abuse. Im 5'10 140 and would get a 181 if I would get a pair
