Hey guys I just picked up my first set of planks, they are brand new undrilled 2014 179 Shreditor 102's
I'm coming off blizzard brahmas that's mounted pretty far back.
I want a fun do it all ski that I can throw sick butters on and jib all around the mountain.
I don't ski to much park but definitely want to learn and progress now that I'm on a little better ski for it.
I'm 5'9 160 thinking about marker griffons.
80 all mountain 20 park
Hopefully more park as I progress, Mt bachelor OR is my home mountain which sees some good pow from time to time.
Let me know what you think about the best mount spot for me.

Recommended mount setting is what I would do. I know people are gonna hate on that, but the ski has a specific shape. Trust the manufacturer where is best

I got them last season and got them -2 back and love them, I don’t ski much park but they ride nice all over the mountain and float great in powder. I don’t remember what recommended is on them but -2 from true center works great for me.

Exactly. 2 or 3 back from core center would be good. K2”s “recommended” is shit. Too far back IMO. Very old school.
