So end of December I popped my shoulder out in a nasty fall. I got an anterior dislocation. I've heard very conflicting things from the two orthopedic doctors I've seen. One said It'd be safe to ski by mid February, the other told me my season is basically over.
Anyone here have experience with shoulder dislocations and recovery times? Is a brace an option?
