Replying to Best Eastern European/Peculiar European ski resorts

Myself and a mate have been looking at going to Ruka for a holiday with a big crew but this year it sadly didn't quite materialise due to money and university etc. Him and I are still looking at getting away for a bit of a park shred and maybe some urban stuff and were wondering what options there are. Had a brief look at Russia (Rosa Khutor) and some places in Slovenia and Bulgaria any experiences in these sorta spots?
