Hey guys, I just want make a thread of my favorite skier Andri Ragettli. Andri is killing every comp of FIS freeskiing. His style is maybe the worlds best ones. Andri´s every trick is so well performed and perfect. I just cant handle the hate which is being conflicted to Andri, you all jealous skiers who do not got talent enough could shut the fuck up. I think every skier should look up Andri and respect him as a skier. He is bringing so much new energy at this sport. And all this gay-talk about Andri. Who cares if you like guys or girls, just follow your on path and do not care about anything! Positive energy rules!
You do the easiest possible rain run and have no mistakes on jumps + one triple -> you have a chance for +90 points if that triple wasn't the ugliest piece of shit.
But if you reverse that and in jumps you do the classic stock run (left dub12 mute, sw right dub10 japan, sw left dub10 japan). And for one rail you nail a high risk banger like 6on-pretz2 there is no way you would ever get a score of 90.
But back to the topic. Ragettli's spaghetti arms at Mammoth World Cup went straight to the most cringeworthy footage of 2018.

I'm fairly certain anyone wearing a t-shirt over their hoodie looks like a dickhead, no matter how long it is. Its funny seeing people ripping on his purposeful arm swing when that's literally what the Bunch does on every fucking landing.

As annoying as you can be, this is a fucking fact, cant wait to see what this season has in store at PC and Brighton with more kids changing their styles solely to look like the hip trendy skiers that actually bother a majority of us.

You are comically out of touch. No trendy skiers wear track pants or overalls anymore. And people have been swinging their arms for no reason longer than skiing without poles has been a thing. It’s called afterbang.

Its sweet hes super hyped on skiing but god hes so cringey with it, it's annoying when he does trip 16 in competition for the 7th time and goes crazy for it.
If you were landing trip 16s youd go crazy for it every time too, I dont like him, but he does get a lot of hate because he's a comp jock who throws down bigger jump tricks than pretty much anyone out there, but hasn't done his fair share of work on rails, which are much more 'core' skiing. People who can do gnarly rail tricks but not much jump tricks are just more respected than the latter I think.

Well yeah but he does them every comp if he can, sure if I laced that mixed with 2 other jump tricks and a rail run I'd go nuts but not in the same way, honestly when he celebrates he seems cocky while others can be hyped but contain themselves and be humble, weird to say but I hate his super positive attitude. Hes one of the worlds best I'll say, but yeah rails could be improved.
I know exactly what you mean, and I've figured it out because I've seen it before in another place. Cam Newton vs other QB celebrations. Cam Newton is a decent NFL QB who everyone thought would be great. Hes athletic, studies his film, and is also one cocky SOB. This the guy who started the dab celebration. The difference between him and guys like Brady or Favre or manning is that these guys just let their raw joy and emotion flow. Henrik does this, and sure he makes wu tang symbols when he wins, but that's cause he loves them, and you can tell it's all in the moment and hes just exhilarated. Raghettli seems to do this try to be cool thing and celebrate but you can tell its forced so it comes off super cocky and douchey.

When I'm sending a new trick and someone's getting the shot, I remind myself to not celebrate, cause if I post it later, I feel like a total douche.
