Anchorman has the funniest scene ever. I remember watching it really baked, i couldnt stop laughing during the second 1/2 of the movie. The fight scene is unbelievably funny. I have yet to watch it sober.
Life of brian i would say is the best comedy ever, but not the funniest(best because it is the best written script, and the best parody ever).
However, young frankenstein is the funniest. Igor, its pronounced 'eye' gor.
