IsitWinterYet17Eek not the US. I'm in Healthcare and yeah we do a pretty good job. There's a huge variability between and within states and cities. However compared to the rest of the world, we are nowhere near the top (#37 to be precise) for a variety of reasons. Healthcare spending and infant mortality are two things we suck at very much.

France is the top country for Healthcare and they do have universal health insurance which is one of the many reasons why they are so successful.

And to add to your statement, nahhhhhh people aren't great at paying medical bills. It's one of the largest debts in America, and many times influences rising credit card debt. In a country where almost 60% of people have less than $1000 in their savings, a medical bill is the last thing to be paid. Even with insurance, it can be hard to pay bills when you have a $2500 deductible to foot first.

He disrespects our allies, especially Britain who is one of our oldest allies. He trash talks NATO regularly. He quarrels with North Korea to the point of war rhetoric. His cabinet doesn't believe in climate change and has removed certain rules which aim to slow it down. He has alienated the whole Muslim and Hispanic world. Dont get me started on his rediculous tax plan. That's just a couple things to name a few. The president of the United States has a huge responsibility and much sway within the world. Things they say really do have an impact, so when people brush off the crazy shit he says about the rest of the world as just Donald being Donald, they really don't realize the impact it is having on other countries. He is singlehandedly alienating the United States from the rest of the world.

And to the guy saying it's some small cult of people who disagree with him, they must live in a Hotspot of Trump voters. I know very few people who actually like him. And how often do this many countries protest this much about a president visiting? Come on. What is ridiculous about his tax plan? over 80% of Americans are paying less (the 20% are high income people in high tax states like California) and day after day business are returning to the US, announcing bonuses, increasing employment and raising pay.

If you haven't realized, CNN and MSNBC (where you definitely get your news) have pretty much stooped down to the level of fox news over the last 5 years. There is more of a cult following of people like you who hate trump. Unlike his base, you will hate him no matter what he does. Just last week he pissed off a good half of his base by proposing amnesty for the dreamers in exchange for wall funding and immigration reform. He pisses of his base constantly if you don't pay attention, the reason most people still side with him is because he was still better choice than the alternative. Also what is "tagging Muslims", I recall a travel ban that is imposed on 6 Muslim countries that were labelled as hotbeds for terrorism by the Obama administration. But here are some things we are good at:
-We still have the #1 GDP worldwide
-We are undoubtedly the most influential country in the world
-Our national park acerage is second to none and may I point out, are homes to many ski resorts that y'all call home
-Our patriotism is insanely strong even if some people wouldn't like to admit it
-We are the most diverse country in the world even if people are trying to stop it... Ahem.... Trump...
-We KICK ASS in the Olympics. Like fuck everyone in the ass hard win everything because we are so good. Yeah get on our level. Don't even try to argue.
-We have an immense diversity in sports, unlike other countries that just lay claim to maybe soccer and rugby and cricket. Or baseball and soccer. We have it all dudes.
-Our country has an immense diversity of landscapes and vastly different ecosystems that range from Arctic to Tropical to Deserts. Not many countries can say the same.
-We can have guns. This may be a positive or negative opinion to some.
-Music, TV and movies. Come on and be real. Its better here. You're welcome for Hollywood and you're welcome for Netflix.
-Porn. Need I say more? It's better.
-Freedom. Did it first. There's a reason people fled from Europe hundreds of years ago to come here. Anyone who says our liberties are restricted is just simple minded or is mad they can't do something illegal and won't get caught. Sure you can't do or say some things, but in general, we are pretty very free.

*Lastly, and this is a huge point. We are the most important ally to have in a war. Because we will fuck shit up.

erikKThe wait list times for say, a knee surgery, are like 4 years long. And the quality of treatment is also much higher in the States.

Even for minor things here the care is hopeless. A couple years back I sustained a pretty serious eye injury at work and had to get driven to I think 4 or 5 different hospitals before we found one where I could be seen within 3 hours. Too many people go in to the doctor because they have a minor cough or sore throat. This was within the major metropolitan area of Vancouver. Almost ended up driving down to Bellingham that day for my eye. It's an embarrassment to the First World.
