ON3P or Icelantic?

Recently, my armadas didn’t want to cooperate and the edge started pulling out in the underfoot. I’ve been debating whether to get on3ps or icelantics, either the Magnus or nomad. What would you get?

I just bought Magnus and they're great. The flex is perfect. But I've also never ridden an icelantic ski I didn't like, and I've ridden a lot of them. It's too bad they don't have a skinnier park ski anymore. The Magnus is about as wide as I'd go, personally.

Never skied the Magnus but have heard only good things, that being said, I've skied Icelantic for years now and absolutely love what they put out. Nomads 95 for park is killer as well as older gypsy sknys or da'nollies

Like a week and a few days, maybe a week. I forget. I'm in NJ so that's literally across the country. I was never made to wait on ON3P's part, only the postal service.

I can buy a pair of the da’nollies (the year they stopped making them) for about $420. Should I do it?

If it were me I'd say no but I'm also not considering any skis for over $400 especially if they are from a couple of years ago. I've bought prior year icelantics for like under $170 new in plastic. Have some new in plastic High Society skis on the way to me and I only paid $149.
I know some people have way more money and what not and to them $1000 means about as much as $100 to me. If that's you then just buy the new ON3Ps that you want and don't care when you destroy them.

Honestly man you could get a better park ski at a better price just considering how much older the Da'nollies are...not ripping on Icelantic, just the guy trying to sell that ski to you

I’m trying to negotiate with the person. I’ve gone through brands like k2, line, armada and they all fall apart after 30 days which doesn’t help my wallet. My dad has icelantics and loves them, so I want to give it a go. They aren’t cheap but last longer than most skis. 400$ is not a bad price for icelantics brand new.

That's true, I mean if it's in your budget then go for it because that ski new will last ya!

Honestly, I like Icelantics, but the Nomad's are not my style so much anymore. Too much of a fucking noodle. Absolutely zero grunt to them whatsoever. If you want to butter for days and have your tips flap like a flag at any speed, get the Nomads.

The pioneers are probably my preferred freestyle stick from them. Next year's Natural is looking to be a pretty rad, yet heavier backcountry option that I'm liking (pretty much because its the same shape as the synapse)
