If you pure send without air awareness would you really get that hurt?

Just send it. I sent my first rodeo 5 the other week. Had no clue what I was doing. Crashed the first one stuck the second one.

You might land it if you just go for it, but you’ll have a much better chance of landing it if you have a little bit of experience doing them on the tramp.

I’ve tried a few rodeos with no bag or trampoline and honestly it’s kinda hard but not that bad I never ended up landing it but I came close. I would say flat 3, just backflip and reach for Japan. The reach will drop your opposite shoulder enough to throw it off axis and just keep flaring it out more and more when you’re comfortable. And for rodeo 5 I would say just kinda throw it like a backflip but a little to the side so you go off axis and pull it to 5.

At least in my experience, as long as you can backflip, you should have enough air awareness and rotation to make a somewhat safe fall. If you can cork 7 as well, you really shouldn't have any issues. Just get a lil oppo carve and drop the shoulder

I tried sending my first rod 5 on snow last season. Slipped out but my skis did touch the snow first. I have never done a rod 5 before on tramp so i was sending it without any awareness. Your body usually knows the rest if you set it right

you need to be able to imagine yourself doing the trick before you actually do it ( sene it). If you dont understand the rotation there's no way you are going to get it, these applys for almost every trick.
In your case I would watch some videos of those tricks and think how would you get into that axis, how it would fell and what will you see. In my case Ive done it like 10 times and only landed one, it was part becouse the jump was sketchy ( pow whit a destroyed landing), and part becouse I didnt knew how it looked like. I would deffinitly recomend you to get a friend to film you on every atempt and so you get the trick clean fast. Remember to pop and then flip, dont lean back and try to grab japan, as going for the grab will help you get the axis
