If you are a dece skier and want the attributes of a longer ski you can def add a bit over your head. I've never considered a park ski more than 10cm over my head tho, for whatever one dude's opinion is worth

Wait a sec tho, 5'6" is like 168 cm not 171. If you're good and don't mind it you could def use a 178. It won't be ideal tho imo unless you're a bad bitch or it fits your style like you love big jumps or something
