Replying to Soleus pain from boots
I don’t get shin bang very often, but whenever I lean back at all in my boots, I get a very bad pain in my soleus’s. Well i think its my soleus. It is definitely a tendon that is out the outer side of the lower leg that runs right above the ankle. It gets tender to the touch after a rough day. It was tender to the touch after 90 minutes of skiing today and I didn’t even land back seat once. I don’t know if this is a boot issue because i get it some years and some I don’t, but it is making me very mad because its ruining my ability to ski. Any others with experience of this happening? I can’t find it anywhere online.
