I did some research last night, Im sorry Chinzilla :(. Apparently ski poles were invented by a white supremacy/KKK leader, fuck ski poles. The leader also know as Billy Burton used poles to stab black people. One of his fellow members decided to check out skiing, he took the pole to stab the "Colored folks", if he saw any. People caught on to the trend. If you don't believe me do the research yourself. (KKK members still use poles to stop there victims.) Next time you use poles think twice, I know I will.

"you need poles when your crushing down an AK spine". jk im not gonna be that type of guy that says that shit. skiing park with no poles in my opinion feels so much more wavey i like it.

Most park skiers don't even use their poles though. They get them way too short so they don't work properly and they just get in the way. Poles are key to skiing out of the park but if you won't use them right in the park might as well not use them in the park. If you like the look, sure, but your super short poles are useless and getting in the way

allegedly billy carried two poles so he could throw both of them at any black couple on the lifts, which happened to be doubles in his time.
also the reason nick goepher got so much hate, racist ns members were mad he took a stand against racism by abandoning his poles
