Attack 13 bindings on 80 width ski

I got a free old pair of ninthward henrick pro skis that have an 80 width waist. I also got a pair of attack 13 bindings because i heard lots of good things about them. The toe pieces look extremely wide compared to a marker toe piece. Will these be too wide for the skis? I can transfer a pair of squires onto them from my old park skis that are on their last leg if necessary. I have no problem saving these for a new pair of skis that are much wider if they are indeed too wide for an 80 waist.

They'll be fine. You might want to get a skinnier brake though. Don't use squires though. Ever.

As long as the ski is wider than 77mm, you are good to go on Attack 13 bindings. Attack 13 are WAY better binding than the Squires, so use the Attacks. You have the 85mm brake with the Attacks I assume? If not, the 95mm Attack brake can easily be bent in a bit for the 80mm ski.

i got a 95 because I had plans on reusing these bindings. I only have the ninthwards because my friend got rid of them and I am on the last leg on my current park skis. I will probably get something around 85-90 width for my next ski.

Have used the 95mm brake on a 85mm ski by bending the brakes in with a metal pipe, so it won't be an issue to do that for the ninthwards skis now and bend them back out if needed on the next skis.

Brakes should not be more than 15mm wider than the ski they are going on. Ive found with the tyrolias that a 95mm brake is closer to a 100mm brake. id recommend getting the 85s. and yes the second gen toe is super wide now with a 78mm afd.

got the skis mounted and i am never buying a marker binding again. these attacks are incredible. Not a fan of the skis since they are full camber with no rocker, but i can get used to it im pretty sure.
