goddamn viruses

So ive gotten some really shitty viruses on my comp so im switching from IE 6 and Outlook Express 6 to Firefox and Thunderbird. The problem is that even when outlook express isnt open its still forwarding this virus to people. How do i uninstal IE6 and outlook express....they are not in the Add/Remove Programs section or in Windows Components. help

yea my whole network got fucked they hijacked google and everything is mad slow and i cant turn on aim. gotta reformat every computer it sucks so bad

I've been holding out the viruses for now with Microsoft Anti-Spyware. Been working alright but it's only a matter of time before I have to restore the computer again.
