Back pain after landing

I slid a rail (first one of season) and I landed just fine, but when I landed something shot through my back. It hurts to stand up straight. Anyone had this happens to them?

i don't know if its the technical term but its compression in your back, its super common. if you stretch and keep trying to be active it should go away.

Prolly your SI joint, right at the base of your back. To fix, lie on your back and pull your left knee across while trying to keep your right shoulder on the ground. Repeat on right. If it pops, its back in place...
