mr-mcsteezeMate if you are spending more than $400 on boots you are wasting money
BenWhitif you're spending $400 on boots that won't last you more than two seasons, or have the propensity to break, you're wasting your money.
a_burgerI have 2 friends who bought the descendant style full tilts in the past few weeks. Both have bent or broken the lower buckle in the first 2 days of riding, and one who had the white B&E's somehow blew out both forward adjustment locks on day 1.
This is in addition to another friend who cracked the whole toe off his high 5's, and numerous buckles me and my other roomate have broken on our classic shells
between the 5 of us I'd say full tilts are pretty shit.
.CJ.I've got the descendants too. fuck full tilts, I'm never buying them again
DIRTYBUBBLEDude you bought the shittiest, least durable, model of FTs. Not really fair to say fuck full tilt. Thats like saying "Fuck Atomic" because you snapped your infamous'.
.CJ.why the fuck would a $750 boot break on the 6th day of skiing? thats not acceptable whatsoever
DIRTYBUBBLEBecause it's a new model
GRaboneSnowNot one of my friends has ever broken any buckles on their Full Tilts. You guys are just rubbish at taking good care of your equipment

SessionYou don't need a soft ski to butter well. You just need to learn how to butter well.
skiitsbetterI don't care if you think you look like a fighter pilot in your $200+ goggles, but you could have a better lens for the current conditions.
IsitWinterYet17You mean not using a mirrored lens in low light conditions?
SessionSome of the better lower light lenses actually have a mirror sooooooo.
Melbourne.Alex Hall should have placed higher than EDollo in Dew tour

SessionIP checks out. Great city. Fucking insane to be there for the Footy Grand Final.
RyhanPros who purposefully trash their skis by riding around on concrete and jokingly skiing down stairs are priveledged douchebags. It's just a less obvious way of saying " I get free skis and you don't, so I'm going to destroy something you would love to have, but can't afford."

cbjWearing a shirt on your head looks stupid as hell.
SebbyP_420Candides are mostly skied by super rich kids with no business being on anything that aren't rentals
JoeC92Bro isn't this the most expensive sport? It isn't that surprising that rich people will dump their money into it. I would too if I was that rich.
SharkoPolo?

SofaKingSick99% of 180s off cliffs are boring. you can always tell when theyre going to do a 180 vs any other trick because they cut their speed in half before hitting it. booorrrriinnnggg
K-Dot.-skiing takes itself way more seriously than snowboarding and skating which sucks
.FryIt’s funny how whenever someone makes a thread about clothing they get the typical “who cares what you wear, it’s skiing, have fun”... but when people wear what they want they get roasted LOL
DIRTYBUBBLENo poles is the worst trend ever. I absolutely love the way it looks when it's done right, but 90% of skiers look like garbage without them (myself included)
