My little brother is now my height. I've basically stopped growing, and he just recently caught up to me. My dad recently bought 2014 k2 presses and sights off the local classifieds. They're both in great condition. I mostly ski at pretty high speeds. I do a lot of hard carving and mogul skiing, as well as a lot of small jumps. I'm also looking to get better in the park this year, as I just started getting more serious last year. I've skied on presses before, and I've noticed that they get really chattery at speed, but they jump really well. My dad says I get first choice between these two skis, so I'm wondering, for a mostly all mountain skier, who wants to add some park skiing to his style, which ski would you prefer. I'm skiing at Sundance in utah BTW.
Sounds like you'd be a lot better off on the Sight.
The press is K2's junior or entry level twin-tip ski, cap construction, really light, flexy etc so not surpirsed you found it chattery at speed. The sight is their comp-style park ski so its fairly heavy, lots of camber, sidewall construction- gonna have way more pop, carve and hold an edge better.
