WTB: Jacket, pants, backpack

I'm looking to buy a jacket, pants and ski backpack.

Ideally the jacket would be a shell and have at least a 10k waterproof and breathability rating, Saga Monarch would be ideal. The backpack must be able to carry skis and be around 20L but not much more. I'm really after a Dakine Heli Pro but all options considered.

I'd probably be size M for the jacket and s-m for the pants.
