Go see a fitter, they'll almost always recommend you what they sell but that's also because they are the most comfortable working with those. That being said I'd go DFP (Dynamic Foot Positioning). I've worked with a few different brands and those work for most peoples feet the best in my experience, plus there's loads of room for tweaking after the fact. There's definitely plenty of good brands out there but that's what I've found to be most effective given my experience working with with a bunch of different brands. They've got a few different options that are best for different foot shapes. No matter what you do get full custom, don't let anyone tell you that some preformed/pre-shaped insole is right for your foot or that it'll "mold to your arch shape over time". That's bullshit, get them molded and shaped to your feet.
