Usually just replaced the plugs on misfires but on my old Volvo 240 I used sea foam and got noticeably better performance after using it, got all the gross shit out.

I replaced the plugs and coils and pcv valve and was still getting the code until the sea foam. I'm gonna put it in my oil before my next oil change, went to a quick lube place and got a $20 change when I was broke one time and it would probably be good to clean that shit out...

Before your next oil change pour half can of seafoam in oil fill directly and the other half in your gas tank. You should do this about 500 miles before getting an oil change and it’s gonna clean a lot of gunk out of your fuel system.
