Back when I had a G4, I used Power Director (I think) the lite version was pretty good but left a water mark in the corner as most software apps do on the video itself. I think the full version was a couple bucks and it allowed you to sync music very well and the resolution was decent

i mostly just use the one that is just called "Video Editor" it comes for free on Samsung. it's a little hard to sync the music up, it's a little frustrating but if it's only 2-4 clips i think it works OK. if it is more than 6 clips i take it to the computer and do it real quick there.
would really like to know if there is any better for free or very cheap.

Adobe Premiere clip is what I've used in the past, for phone during I think it's about as good as you can get.

had powerdirector too the apk is super easy to find on the internet for the full version

I third this, still kinda hard if you wanna use slowmo and shit but if you wanna use raw clips and audio its gr8
