Posting this in ski gabber cause its urgent and no one is using AT&BC. I am taking an avalanche course, and meed to be able to tour, but my tech boots are stuck in customs and absolutely need to be able to tour by next week. If you have daymakers and are in Europe (preferably Norway or Scandinavia!), let me know!
