I have cooked the shells once. Per Atomic you can do this an infinite amount of times and baking it will reset them to stock fit, which I can do for you if wanted. Boots have been used for 1 run up and down. I have a sensitive and large instep that just isn't working in this boot. I have removed the rubber gator over the instep with a seam ripper so its clean looking with no loose ends, The elastic is still in place to hold everything together.
