BASEDJAHI've got those boots they're good to go
mystery3How was the fit when you tried them on? How many pairs did he or she bring out for you to try?
IsitWinterYet17Did you have any boots in mind when you went there? Seems kinda odd that the first boot they recommended was a perfect fit, unless they did a whole lot of measurements and such prior..... Or maybe you're just Cinderella.
Then again, if they fit, they fit. The question is, do you like how they fit? Do they offer free boot work if you buy boots from them? Do you like the boot both technically, asthetically, and financially? You're gonna be riding in it every day, not the boot fitter, so you better be sure you like them before dropping a few hundred on new boots.
-eREKTion-Was the guy even a bootfitter? This store sounds like the ski equivalent of the Nike Store; great if you want Nikes but they're sure as shit not going to recommend Adidas. Maybe try going to a shop that has no affiliation with any brand so you can work with a real bootfitter whose only concern is putting you in boots that fit and not just moving product.
