So, I'm standing there, right!, at the top of this rail. This SNOWboarder and his buddy are hiking it. The hike one of the two stops and looks at me and goes: 'I can glues those together for you, 10 bucks'
Me: 'Glue what?' ***I look at my ski to see if they are coming apart***
Hick: 'Your skis, I can glue them together....and make them a board again!'
Hick and Friend: 'Hahahahaha....yeah man, hahahaha'

I'm curteous everytime I'm on a long traverse at snowbird and I see a snowboarder struggling to keep momentum, I always stick out my pole and offer a ride, although very few take it

some said to me at times when parks were forbidden to skiers and as i was bleeding after a sick trick :'in your face fucking skier. don't come in our park!'.

I was once told by one of the most respected boarders at my area 'you're not a skier, you're a snowboarder that skis' - this was back when skis weren't allowed in the park, but I was there anyway, and I was the only skier there before opening and after closing fixing jumps and the crappy ditch we used to call a pipe.

its uncanny- every single snowboarder thats good has been chill and respectful, its only the shitty ones that are gay.
and to whoever was talking about someone cheering for just a 3- i always get more cheers for my really smooth 3's than any other trick, including 7's

^so true my brotha'...a fat stalled out, stylie 180 or 3 carries much more steeze than a hucked 9.

I cut in front of a snowboarder right before a hip jump, because he was going to slow, threw a massive 180 with some kinda tweaked grab (stalled out) and he was like 'duuuude, you were like up there, man.' So I sprayed him and rode off. ha

dude i get the 'can i borrow a pole' thing like every day. 7 springs where i ski sometimes is so damn flat at the top its like a half mile before you get to any kind of sufficient incline.

its cool though if you and a border keep whipping each other with the pole, you both keep ur speed up real nice.

^yeah. i find that odd how good skiers respect good borders and vise-versa. the shitty ones hate boarders and the shitty boarders hate skiers.
the better you get, the more you realize the only difference between skiers and boarders is one plank Vs. 2 planks

my friend was making fun of a snowboarder at school, then the snowboarder wanted to fight so my friend beat the shit out of him, he was bleading everywhere. then theres another skier at my school whos a real badass and hes probably beatin the shit out of alot of snowboarders
