Atomic Redster S9 159cm ; best binding position? Foot more forward ??

I have bought a new pair of Atomic Redster S9 159cm ski's today. I have skied 2 hours on it in an indoor slalom piste.
I am a very good slalom skier with Elan RaceSLX 157cm ski's. But with these S9's i have struggled incredibly...
Now I have remarked that the bindings or better said foot position on the atomics is much more to the backward of the ski compared to the Elans.
Is this normal ?? My boots are atomics 285mm. Are there adjustments regarding the foot position on the ski ?

This is a park skiing forum, you have racing skis. Go to a a shop and listen to what they say, you will get better information from them compared to here regarding race skis

These bindings are adjustable for different sole lengths, but can also be adjusted for different fore/aft positions. Simply move the toe piece forward and then move the heel respectively, keeping the sole length the same.
