Get some of those tight skinny wool gloves, then shove them inside those big puffy fancy gloves that sell for $7 at department stores. Worked fine in Ontario.

Burton gloves are good, very warm. Da Kine gloves on the other hand suck from my experience, I've had three different pairs of Dakine mitts and they all blew shit in the cold, comfortable as hell but not warm, good for spring skiing. For warmth go with Burton or North Face, I just got some North Face goose down mitts at the Tent Sale for only $30 suckas, my hands are not going to be cold this winter.

If you know anyone or live in Canada then you should get a pair of MEC for out down mitts. They are puffy as hell and so fuckin warm, my hands were never cold. Drop Sucks

I had Drop gloves, worst things I've ever owned. If you want the best glove out there buy the Marmot Ultimate Ski Glove. It's $200 Cdn but it's actually worth it. Nothing else I've tried even comes close.

i had some drop gloves at one time too...they were terrible.
Last year i used rip zone gloves and thought they were great, and a bargan for 50 bucks. They're not stiff like snowboarding gloves and they only got one non-skiing related tear in the palm over the course of the winter. I bought a pair of ripzone mits aswell for colder weather, and besides the fact that i accidently bought size large, i love em.
