IsitWinterYet17I'm all for smoking here and there, but doing it everyday will make you a retard with MEGA short term memory issues. Example, I had a friend who graduated top 10% of class and it took him 8 years to finish a 4 year degree because he smoked everyday. Honestly with all the people who waked and baked in my high school, none of them have went on to live productive lives.

eheathThat's called lack of willpower and laziness. Some of the most productive, smart people I know smoke weed every day. Everyone is different, if you're going to be lazy thats your problem, not the weed's problem. Blaming weed for making someone stupid and lazy is a sorry excuse for someone who is just lazy.
IsitWinterYet17Dude it's clinically proven that heavy marijuana use leads to cognitive issues. That's not fake news.

freestyler5402 months??? thats it? Buddy, Im going 8 years strong. I was smoking shatter on a regular basis and mixing hash with tobacco to make it stronger. When I started in college, my grades went up 4%. Finished with a 93% general average in a three year Marine Engineering Technology program. I can only do it on vacation, it interferes with my work. My short term memory is worthless when Im high, or withdrawing. When I quit for work, I dont sleep for days and get the worst night sweats for a week.
There is one huge drawback: Piss tests. I was fired last year for a false positive and upper management couldnt give less of a fuck. I had to sue the company for privacy rights and won. Got my job back after a year waiting for the courts to hear my case.
Moral of the short story; if you are going to play with fire; learn how to tame the beast. You may feel really cool now, but getting a job that requires the piss test will not be easy.
RparrOp listen to this man. I failed a drug test after 65 days of being clean because I was smoking so god damn much. It’s easily the worst part of the weed life. Thankfully it was only a test that I bought for myself. Still waiting to see how long until I’m clean
IsitWinterYet17Dude it's clinically proven that heavy marijuana use leads to cognitive issues. That's not fake news. I know it's everyone's choice to do as they wish. I just wanted to give a PSA that smoking all day every day starting as an adolescent is not good. I am all for weed and think it should be legal too.

ChangeCashMoneyDoes it still lead to cognitive issues if you got into it like well into your twenties?

eheathEveryone reacts to weed differently, if you get lazy and forget stuff, then sure don't smoke weed. But plenty of people smoke weed all the time and live very productive lives.
milk_manLikeeee? I mean productive people could maybe smoke every once in awhile, but who's a productive person who smokes everyday or multiple times per day? And I don't mean able to hold a job... Anyone can hold a job

hippy.you think if my boots, bindings, and skis match ill be better when skiing stoned?
DIRTYBUBBLEA good amount of pro skiers/action sports athletes in general I reckon
milk_manYeah some, though I was talking about being productive as in wanting to work and willing to work hard. Not saying that training for a sport isn't a lot of work--it is--but that's a bit different than say, excelling in a marketing or management position. Would it be common for someone who smokes a lot of weed to excel in that sort of career?
