How to fix this ski?

trim the excess material and then marine epoxy, shave excess epoxy once dry.

Basically, remove all the freying, create some sort of mold with packaging tape and fill it with epoxy. Once that's dry, sand it down to match the ski. To create a packaging tape mold, refrence this image that I did for my sidewall repair on my k2 Shreditor 112's last year. It's the same idea, except on your skis, you will have it on the top and side. after the epoxy is put in, you can fold the tape in to contain it. Hard to explain without demonstrating haha. Also buy Gorilla epoxy.

Get some Marie grade 5200 epoxy and put that in the place of the excess material and the dent. After that cures sand it down and make paint corrections.

Is a razor blade the best thing to trim with? Where can i find marine grade epoxy?

use a razer blade and then sand the rest to be managable. amazon has marine grade epoxy, also probably any hardware store

I think I bought mine at West Marine. I never trimmed. I just made sure there wasnt too much excess when I applied the epoxy and then sanded/filed it to the shape I wanted after it set.

Should i clamp or not? Dont have a clamo, willing to buy one, but would rather not if not needed

You shouldn't need to clamp because you're not fusing 2 opposing materials together, but instead the epoxy is acting as a filler, so clamping to increase the bond isn't really necessary. The main thing is making sure that the epoxy is mixed very well and evenly, and that you're applying on a clean surface so that it DOES bond well. You want an even mixture because it will need to be able to flex under pressure as well as hold rigidity when it's struck by your other ski.... and rocks. I could clean up the way i explain that, buttfuck it lol. Hope i helped. After you sand as welll... make sure you really clean it good. clean clean clean.
