A lot of ski area jobs are 18+ these days. Some are 16+, and only a few are still 14+. Depends on the place though. I started teaching at 14 but that was 14 years ago. Still plenty of places that have ins, but a lot of good jobs are strict age wise. If there are any smaller hills nearby check them out. If you can make a few bucks and get a free pass to a place it's usually worth it. It won't make you rich though
