Skora89Probably seeing edits from the park on the groomed stuff. There can be days where it is a bit harder than others but still not as icy as the East. If you get up to high stuff and hike-to at breck the snow won't be groomed and is usually more soft, not saying that it won't be chopped up to shit though. I learned to ski at Kissing Bridge, NY and remember some days skiing on straight up ice.

dadiThe fact that the Park is so low on the mountain kind of screws it over. People that have no idea what they're doing just come in and pack the snow down, but on the bigger things the landings aren't bad. It's more smaller features it just gets screwed.
gucciman7Stfu, your a girl

DIRTYBUBBLEAn east coast skier thinks Breck looks icy wtf,
TheBagOTricksI mean compared to other resorts like Northstar and Mammoth, Breck always looks mad cold and hard packed. I'm not about to move to CO if the landings are rock hard still, that's why I'm tryin to leave the East lmao
MitchWAndrewCome up to utah if anything we got powder for days alta snowbird and Brighton are packed with powder with summits of 10-11,000 ft we have powder till about March 20th usually depending on the year and stay open till May or June
TheBagOTricksMammoth, Salt Lake, Tahoe, Whistler are tops of my list
MitchWAndrewRespect but I would switch whistler with mammoth
eheathBecause it's man made snow, the fresh snow packs into that snow fast and if it doesn't snow for like 2 weeks, the surface is rock hard. After a storm and a fresh groom, it'll be nice for a few days.
TheBagOTricksAlright top ranking if i can go anywhere: Whistler, Mammoth, Tahoe, Utah
Top realistic ranking: Tahoe, Utah, Mammoth, Whistler
mr.tibblesThis is legit. If you end up in Tahoe and can only get one season pass I wouldn't do Northstar (since you mentioned Northstar earlier) unless you are primarily into park. It's pretty weak outside of the park - the black terrain there would basically be blue at better resorts in Tahoe like Squaw or Kirkwood

Pancake_FuckerJust come to Revelstoke. We get pow from now until mid April. Closing week is usually killer conditions. Pow and nobody there to ski it. Housing is getting expensive though. That's why I live in a trailer park now.
