Not on your list, but Revelstoke has some pretty wicked steeps.

The vert here is pretty nuts, but a short hike up the stoke chair gives you access to some pants shitting couloirs. Jacob Wester actually did a feature on one of the more well known lines.

I've only skied at 4 resorts in the PNW but Ski Bowl on hood has some pretty damn good steeps in upper bowl, especially on pow days.

Kicking Horse if you actually want to cut your teeth on steep stuff. Aside from Whistler and Jackson, nothing compares to the tech steep terrain inbounds

Lower timberline at mount hood has some of the gnarliest steeps I've encountered. I found a BLUE run there.

Alpental by it's self is the steepest ski area in the NW. However if you average it out with the other three areas at Snoqualmie the total resort as whole is not as steep. Alpental used to be its own resort until it was consolidated with the other three ski areas in 1997. Alpental is epic but with a high speed quad feeding into a two person fixed chain the lines can be brutal.
