onenerdykidBuying food/ingredients at the local grocery stores will be roughly as expensive as shopping at your normal grocery store at home. You can make it as cheap or fancy as you need. It kinda depends though where you will be- smaller resorts are usually cheaper than fancy glaciers. But try shopping at Billa or Spar or MPreis, and not at Merkur (it's always the most expensive option).
Eating at restaurants in town will be for sure more expensive, but the cheaper restaurants will be touristy garbage (in my opinion). Same goes for when eating at one of the alms on the mountain. Lunch there will run you anywhere from 10-15€ for basic stuff, and 20€ for something more betterer.
