don't look back when u set for cork, instead look your head towards your lower back and spin for 7

Definitely not a cork. This is more of a back-full in gymnastics. Closest thing in skiing would be a D-spin 7 but not quite.

If you want to learn cork 7 on tramp practice your misty 5's until you can stomp them big and slow. Then throw a 180 into a misty 5. Once you are comfortable with those two put them together for the cork 7. This will give you a good basic feeling for the movement.

Try throwing it over your left shoulder a little more with less of an angle. Once you leave the ground drive your left shoulder to wear your right foot would have been and then huck and pray. You’ll figure it out by yourself eventually if you can get yourself going in the right way. Also look into the cork 720 tutorials on YouTube it helped me with my cork progression a lot.
