I have a set of kingpins mounted on some Black Diamond Helio 105's, and wanted a heavier and wider ski for more in resort use/butters and sending in general. I was wondering if anyone has any insite whether it would be a good idea to pull my bindings off, widen the holes, and put quiver killers in so I can swap skis as needed.

Yep, putting Quiver Killers in old holes is very common.

like said....thats pretty much how you mount them anyways.
Even when putting fresh holes in a ski, you drill for a normal binding screw first, and then you use the wider drillbit for a second drilling. Then you are good to go. Also, i would suggest binding freedom.

i just put quiver killers in my black ops 118 for g3 ion 12, and look pivot 18s. work fantastic, however if the core is a little bit rotten or has become very soft over time it is easy to strip your core with the quiver killer and there isn't too much you can do at that point. still i will never go back to a hybrid binding quiver killers are the way to go, just get an experienced tech to mount them for you.

Anyone know if I can use the same holes for kingpins and jesters, with the addition of the extra hole for the ski/walk mode switch? The holes seem almost identical and would be nice to not swiss cheese my skis.
