Hey I'm gonna mount some new skis soon what epoxy or wood glue should I use??

Wood glue. Epoxy can hold almost too well, making it a pain to remove screws in the future.

Nice, always good to hear someone is using the right tools for the job instead of free handing it. Buy a bottle of Roo glue for $8.99 then start charging all your friends for mounts.

Wood glue works, there is "binding screw glue" but it looks just like wood glue and sometimes Elmer's.
I DO NOT recommend Gorilla Glue as it expands when drying, this can cause improper screw retention. I've had to remount many a pair for some ill informed DIYer's.
