I can not begin to express how much I love this show. I knew that I could relate to this show. I have a higher than normal IQ, genius level to be exact, and most other shows, I just can't understand why people like them, or why I just claimed to be a genius and used so many fucking commas in a run-on sentence from Hell. The Big Bang Theory's comedy, sarcasm, and wittiness is so funny, not because of the actual boring content, but because I know that so many people, less smart than me, can not begin to understand what they mean. The characters are also hilarious. The writers for this show really know how to set up a perfect world that only arrogant fucks who go on Facebook rants can understand. Unfortunately, lots of people don't find this show funny, because it isn't. I just can not understand why. The only possibility in my mind is that they are just too dumb to comprehend the pseudo-science humor. This show is targeted, to awkward fucks who want to feel some kind of mainstream vindication and acceptance for their lack of social skills. It's a show that is intelligent, but at the same time shitty. It's a show that has such deep meaning and characters, you begin to want to live there yourself. This show is amazing, and if I could, I would give it higher. 10/10.

Most successful sitcoms are smart shows about stupid people, Big Bang was able to flip that age old stereotype on its head and be a stupid show about smart people.

In response to thread, I like the show, and poke my head in on 2 episodes or something every season, but watching them all in one week? Not something I would brag about. More of a "cover your tiny dick in a locker room" situation imo
