Kelly Sildaru out with ACL injury😭

Sorry if there's a thread on this already. I did search a bit. Please delete if so. I've not been active on NS for a while so I just learned the news of Kelly's injury recently. My bad!
Anyway, I'm so bummed to hear she tore her ACL and will miss this competition season. Most importantly the Olympics, where surely she would've wowed the world!
Prayers for a strong, full recovery Kelly! You will be missed.

I also just saw that Woodsy broke his collar bone. Hoping that doesn't keep him out for the Olympics as well.

That sucks for them. Hopefully woodsy will be back in time; I assume he's essentially a shoe-in for GB so long as he's healthy in time even if he misses some qualifying events. I guess kellys timeline is a bit more unrealistic which sucks, she could've kept pushing women's skiing which has leapt forward over the past 12 months or so imo (which Kelly has arguably been the catalyst for)

This sucks! I was so bummed to hear about her injury. Kelly absolutely kills it and I have no doubt she would have podiumed at the Olympics. I can't imagine how devatated she must be. But she is young and will be there for the next one I'm sure! Get well!
