Filming with iPhone

I was just watching the edit by jedicrew which was all filmed on a phone and I started to wonder how they film so smooth. Do you guys have any tips on how to film smooth with an iPhone?

In your photo and video settings change your video shooting from 4k or 1080p @ 30fps to the 1080p @ 60fps option. Makes videos smooth and silky if you're looking for that

You could probably buy something to hold your phone with that gives it more stabilization and reacts to keep the picture steady.

Found it. Kinda pricey. Called a gimbal stabilizer. $150-300. Cancels out your movements that the auto stabilization from the phone can't adjust for.
