Chubz.im so ho hum about it because we literally dont have a say in anything until the resort gives us permission to put shit in and start. Austin told me they want to make sure they have the right amount of snow and a good spot to put the park before they tell anybody anything. I agree that they have more than enough snow to put something up right now but i know as much as you guys. But putting the resort on blast on social media wont change anything, and i dont like seeing the place with the nicest park around here get bad mouthed and told its been "regressing" when weve been doing everything possible to put a good park out the last few years. Upper management has fuck all to do with the park once lifts turning. Its all us. Austin has 100% creative ability and can build whatever he wants, so saying the parks have been going down hill rubs me the wrong way, especially with the winters weve been having the past few years.
Well to be perfectly honest they have gone downhill and it has nothing to do with the park crew, but rather ownership decisions. So you can get as mad as you want at us, but we're mad at OWNERSHIP, not you or anyone else on park crew. Putting the resort on blast on social media is a way to make them realize there's season pass holders out there that have high hopes for a terrain park opening day. I get that you don't really care either way because you don't ride 100% park, but there's some of us that literally the only reason we ski at Peak is to slide rails. There's plenty of other people that feel the exact same way as me and Nick. Yeah you guys have all the creative ability you need, but you don't have the trails you need, early snowmaking, and if the give you the OK for opening day you'll have what, maybe a day to set something up? Ownership isn't helping, stop defending them.
