So are Backslides SIMPLE's thing?

I just watched the new SIMPLE edit, and I'm not gonna lie, they're killing it rn. The one trick That kept killing me were all the backslide variations. Could these be the new thing for them?

That edit was mucho fuego, but backslide's aren't simple's thing. Simple is just a collective of riders that all have different approaches to skiing. The guys in that edit just happened to kill it with the one foot game.

Backslides aren't anyone's "thing." The simple guys just happen to be good at them, and had an edit which featured numerous backslides. That doesn't make it their thing. Using that logic you could say that backslides are Harlaut's "thing" because of that rodeo 4 to backslide he did at kimbo sessions. Or you could say that backslides are LSM's thing, or Magnus's thing. Honestly, saying a trick belongs to a group or group of individuals who are good at it is just stupid in my opinion.
