It all depends on your weight, height and how you ski. The bigger and stronger you are, and the harder you ski, the more quickly you'll flex out your boots. Since you say you're planning on picking up park skis this year, I'll assume that you're not a hard-charging park rider; in which case 110 will be a nice, forgiving flex for learning park riding. If you weigh over about 160 pounds, however, they might be a bit too soft.
As you start riding park, pay attention to what your boots are doing as you land jumps and rails. When you get the feeling that your boots are totally flexing out on you - flexing to their extreme limit, so you feel like there's no stability - that's when you know it's time to up your stiffness.
