[EU] Ski season resort options: Tignes, St.Christoph, Courchevel & Belle Plagne,

I'm looking for a decent park and I don't mind too much about the rest. I've never skied any of the resorts other than Courchevel and was slightly underwhelmed by the DC park in Meribel.

Any suggestions/insight would be greatly appreciated!

I really liked the DC park. But I admit that it depends a lot of the time in the season, especially december/january, they might struggly with snow, and there might be no pro line. But the halfpipe alone is great fun.
As already mentioned, otherwise I can recommend val thorens. (Also not too far way from the DC park, you should be able to get there < 1h)

Also check out avoriaz. A lot of different parks for all levels, and they also have the stash, a park with wooden obstacles - scary as shit, but fun as hell!

As moe6 mentions, the time of year you go to the DC park will change your experience a lot. When the season's in full swing with loads of snow, the DC park is awesome!

If you stay anywhere in the 3 Valleys you have access to Courch, Meribel and VT parks with relative ease.

Heading to Meribel in November to start my second season :)

I did a season last winter in Meribel and didn't like the long laps, they also took ages to build the elements park (previously known as moonpark).

I'd love Avoriaz, I managed to get a weekend there at the end of my season but haven't been offered it unfortunately. And yeah, the wooden spines especially are terrifying!

The Tignes park is good, jumps are fairly big rails are ok although not amazing however its fairly slow laps because the lift goes up way past the park.

The Val park is really fun, very fast laps due to a dedicated button lift, good jumps of varying sizes again rails are only ok. The nice thing with tignes and val is the amount of natural terrain that can be ridden. if you use your imagination and dont mind building a few jumps there are endless possibilities.

I'm going to be in Tignes this winter

The Chatel lift is definitely a bitch. Especially when it's busy, but you get good views of the kickers...

The only reason why they couldn't build the moonpark was due to the lack of snow!

I'll put in a vote for belle plagne, I only skied park over there once this season but it was really well maintained but not with a huge amount of different sizes of obstacles. However it's quite a long park so there's no shortage of stuff to hit.

Les Deux Alpes is probably the most famous (check the summer edits).
Vars looks pretty sick.
Avoriaz has three parks, but they're more geared towards snowboard.
